Today summer ends for Dugan and I. Tomorrow we start our wonderful Journey through the Architecture Program. We have been wishing and hoping and praying for this for so long. We are finally hear. We will probably be at the school 80 hours a week but we are ready. So wish us Luck because her we go.
We are just two crazy in love Architecture Students who believe the Journey is the Destination. "A great architect is not made by way of a brain nearly so much as he is made by way of a cultivated, enriched heart." ~Frank Lloyd Wright~

I have something to say...
This month in Young Women’s our value is “Individual Worth.” For all my friends who are not members of my faith but I truly love non the less my YW have values 7 of them (Faith, Divine Nature, Individual Worth, Knowledge, Choice and Accountability, Goodworks and Integrity). Now you are all caught up. Starting at the beginning of the month we had an activity where we made collages with pictures of things that defined us. They were all beautiful. (When I bring mine home from church I will post a pic of it). Since then every Sunday our lessons have something to do with Individual Worth. Then this past week was Ward Youth Conf. were we did baptisms for the dead on Thursday, a wonderful service project for the Orphans on Friday and Boating on Saturday. Let me tell you it was a lot of church but it was fun. I really felt that I could see the youth growing. Last night after our YW service activity I felt SSSOOOO Good. I had started to prepare my lesson for this Sunday. For some reason it feels like this weeks lesson needs to be extra special with all my sweet young women going back to school I wanted them to really feel good about themselves. I was preparing my lesson when I discovered something that really hurt me. It was a hurt very different then any other hurt I have felt for a few years. The hurt that I felt is what has brought me to write this note. There are a few things that I want people to know. I know that I stand with my YW every Sunday and recite the words to our Theme (We are daughters of our Heavenly Father, who loves us, and we love Him. We will "stand as witnesses of God at all times and in all things, and in all places" (Mosiah 18:9) as we strive to live the Young Women values, which are:Faith, Divine Nature, Individual Worth, Knowledge, Choice and Accountability, Good Works, and Integrity. We believe as we come to accept and act upon these values, we will be prepared to strengthen home and family, make and keep sacred covenants, receive the ordinances of the temple, and enjoy the blessings of exaltation.) I believe that is all true. I was reading in this months Ensign the visiting teaching message “Each sister is a beloved daughter of heavenly parents and has a divine destiny.” It states, “You are literally spirit daughters of Deity, ‘offspring of exalted parents’ with divine nature and an eternal destiny.” I truly believe this. There are many people that Satan uses to bring us down to make us forget our divine nature and individual worth but I am here to tell you that this time it didn’t work on me. I know that my mission in this life is to become like my Heavenly Father. I know that I read my scriptures and say my prayers everyday to help keep myself close to him. I know that because of my relationship with my Heavenly Father the hurt I felt this time wasn’t around for long. Sometimes you have to realize that people have agency and can choose to be the way they want to be. You just have to be strong and REMEMBER who
To Become Like Him
Jenny Phillips/Tyler Castleton
You look around you
And you wonder if you’ll measure up
In this world it seems you many never be enough
Don’t let anyone convince you that it’s true
So much beauty lives inside of you
And you are enough
Just look up
Remember you are greatest
When you walk with God
When His light is in your eyes
You are truly strong
You don’t have to prove your beauty
In the eyes of men
You are divine within
You were sent here to become like Him
When you’re uncertain
Of the place you hold and who you are inside
He will share with you your part in His design
Seek for His meekness
Seek to emulate His life
And you will feel Him always by your side
You have His love
Just look up
Chorus
Holiness, love, good works, mercy
To be like Him
Charity, hope, truth, and wisdom
To be like Him
Chorus
you Truly are.
I wanted to attach this song but it wouldn't let me so I made it a movie there are only 4 images but it's not about the pictures.

Dugan my sweet bag holder
While in Vegas Dugan and I went shopping. It was so nice to really Go Shopping. I haven't been real shopping for a few years. Over the past few weeks I have bought 2 or 3 things but I am looking forward to enjoying getting extra creative and mixing the new with the old. When Dugan and I decided to go to Vegas I decided that, that is where I would shop. We had a really fun time and I got some super cute and unique things. I should thank Dugan for carrying all my bags. He was super sweet the whole time.
Surprise in Vegas
Dugan and I had just planned our trip to Ceder City when we received an invitation to our Sister-in-Law's baby shower in Vegas. We decided that it would be fun to plan a Surprise visit. The shower was at 11:00 on Saturday so we showed up right in time. It was a really fun shower. The theme was Star Wars and my Brother-in-law had some great idea's. He even put labels by the food with fun names. After the shower we went swimming.
This is a Picture of the Diaper Cake I made for the baby shower.

Family in Ceder
Dugan and I went down to Ceder City on Thursday. We had a wonderful time with my family. We got to see my Grandpa and Grandma Taysom, my parents, Ashten, Chris and Liam. While we were there I saw Fiddler on the Roof and Dugan and I saw Taming of the Shrew. We were only there till Saturday morning. Thank you to everyone who came and made it such a fun time.
