Our week long Fall "Break" has come to an end. I am still not sure if we can really call it a Break. I am not complaining because I am so happy to be in the Architecture Program. I am just sharing with you all the crazy stuff Dugan and I are up to. Dugan has been working 15 hour days and we have had plenty of Homework. I have worked about 15 total and the rest of my time I have been working on my 8 minute movie for one of our classes. I am pretty sure that I have spent 20 hours down town driving around and taking pictures plus I have strained my eyes looking at the computer screen while putting everything together. We had two charcoal drawings to do. A 4 page mid term research paper that requires us to sit in the same place for an hour and draw maps based on how people interact with buildings. Plus a few models for our Salt Flat Newspaper Project.
In order to stay Healthy and keep a little balance in our lives it wasn't all work and no play. We got to go to Provo for a few hours last Sunday to see my Parents and my friend Rachel and her Husband. Monday we went Bowling at Fat Cats with our friends the Clark's. There 3 year old son almost did better then I did. ( By the end of the first game I am all warmed up but we never play a second.) Dugan was going for speed. He got up to 20 mph. Pretty CRAZY! On Tuesday I had YW and Excellence with my YW and then Dugan and I went to Mimi's Cafe because I had a $20.00 Gift Card that expired on Wed. that I got last time I went to give blood. On Wednesday we went to "Aah Sushi" on Wed. night they have a lot of there rolls for $3.00 instead of $11.00. We LOVE SUSHI!!! The rest of the week was a lot of work. We did go with the Cl arks to our Fav. AMAZING little Chinese food restaurant last night but Dugan had to go back to work after dinner. We are usually together so much of the time I am REALLY missing him. I am just so Grateful that today was Sunday. I LOVE GOING TO CHURCH! Being YW President can be a little Crazy but I love my girls and the gospel so much that I look forward to it. Dugan also ended up having to teach in Elders Quorum with is just one of his many jobs as Elders Quorum President. So it looks like you can tell I am lonely because I am rambling. But I am just waiting for my Wonderful Hubby to get home. So I thought I would just let you all know we are alive and living our Frehner Family Motto "The Journey is the Destination." We are happy and in Love doing what we Love (Architecture). We love and miss you all. xoxo
