On March 24th I found out that Dugan and I were both accepted to the Masters Architecture Program. We are so excited and are grateful for all the prayers that were said in our behalf. Thank you, Thank you
It was close to my Birthday and I will consider it one of my best birthday presents ever.
It was over spring break so two days after we found out we headed to Vegas for our traditional trip to Vegas.
I went and saw "How to Train Your Dragon" with my beautiful niece Emma.
Spent lots of fun time with Family.
Did lots of Homework.
Ate delicious birthday cake.
Didn't want to come home and start school again on Monday Which happened to be my birthday. Had a bad day at school. My sweet Friend Jen was there to go with me to dinner and make the night special. (Dugan was really busy at work)

I do read what you post... and it is news to me. You are doing what I dreamed of doing. I actually started ASU as an architecture student... but changed mid way... I love architecture and have a great appreciation for anyone who survives it. Congrats on getting in the masters program and I couldn't agree more with you about more art in school...
congrats on getting in! you rock! so is it a 2 year program?
I am so happy for you! It is dedicated, hardworking, persistent women like you - who keep me going with school. Be strong and finish strong!
Hey, I got your message about losing weight. I am pretty much a vegan now. Not that you have to do that to lose weight but I did it for better health (IBS and awful periods etc..) I was already on the path to being a vegan or something like it when I read the book, "Eat to Live". Here are a few other things that I read or watched,
Book- You are what you eat
Movie- King Corn, Food inc and Gerson Miracle. You can get all the movies on Net Flix.
I felt like I always ate healthy but when reading Eat to Live I realized I was not eating enough. The food pyramid is not accurate at all. You can call me if you want or just check this info out. Let me know how it goes.
I also work out five days a week. I work so hard. I think I push myself harder than ever before.
Good luck.
